Event Details: November 11 Main Event Championship and Party

Hi, everyone! We are just over three weeks away from our final poker game of 2023 (see poster for details). As a reminder, this one will be all for fun and bragging rights — no cash buy-in or prize. And it won’t be all about the poker; there will be plenty of food and fun for the whole family!

If you haven’t done so already, it would be very helpful if you could RSVP using the link in this post or the QR code in the flyer— especially those of you who plan to bring kids — so that we can make sure to have food and age-appropriate activities available for everyone.

Save the date: Main Event Championship Tournament and Party on November 11

Hello, fellow poker players! Please save the date for our Main Event Championship Tournament and Party, which will take place on November 11. Exact time and details will be provided shortly, but for now, plan for the festivities to begin around 11:00 a.m. with lunch, some activities for the whole family, and a presentation of season awards, to be followed by the Main Event tournament, which should end by about 5:00 p.m. In addition to the poker action, there will be food, drinks, and other entertainment, including cheering on #5 USC in what should be a pivotal game against #10 Oregon. 

Please fill out our quick survey to let us know how many players, non-players, and kids will be attending. This will allow us to order enough food for everyone, set up the right number of poker tables, and ensure that we have appropriate fun planned for the whole family. Please RSVP, even if you cannot make it (in that case, its just a two-question survey).
